The first stage of a new private and exclusive land estate just 5km from Albany Town Centre has now been released.
The 68 lot subdivision is being developed by Harcourts Projects on behalf of a private syndicate.
The estate is located high on the hill in Lange on the corner of Lower King and Mason Roads some two kilometres south of Bayonet Head.
